Church Security Seminar

In light of the tragic events that occurred Sunday, November 5th in Sutherland Springs, TX, many pastors and church leaders are wondering if they need to take measures to protect their congregations.  We would like to reach out and give answers to these questions.

Metrolina Baptist Association will host a Church Security Seminar with Harold Medlock, Chief of Police (retired) Fayetteville Police Dept.  All church leadership and security staff are invited to attend.

Thursday, November 16th from 7-9 p.m.
at the Great Commission Center
1324 The Plaza, Charlotte, NC 28205

We will discuss the following in detail at the seminar:

  • What and who is suspicious in a church setting
  • Prevention measures to deal with disruptive or dangerous situations
  • Preparing and executing a crisis plan
  • How to choose those who will provide security
