IMAGINE IF A CITY…
- Prayed more and each day a church intentionally prayed over the city.
- Featured acts of kindness on TV, transit buses or billboards.
- Shared free resources so neighbors could easily pray for one another by name.
- Discovered unity by caring and respecting each other.
- Transformed neighborhoods by partnering with nonprofits and schools.
- Recruited thousands of ambassadors to watch, care and share.
- Ignited a movement of prayer and revival.
This vision casting event is designed so community, marketplace, church and nonprofit leaders can come learn more about Love Charlotte and the plans we have to ignite a movement of praying, caring and sharing throughout our city.
Our special guest for the evening will be Karen Abecrombie, the prayer warrior and dove award winner Ms Clara in the Kendrick Brother’s 2015 War Room movie.
MBA has reserved a table at this event. If you would like to join us at our table, click the button below to send us an email. Seating is limited. RSVP TODAY!
Baptist Children’s Homes Annual Offering
Baptist Children’s Homes of North Carolina (BCH) brings hope and healing to children and families in crisis. For more than 130 years, the nonprofit has offered caring homes to countless boys and girls who come from circumstances ranging from family dysfunctionto situations of abuse, neglect and abandonment.
The organization provides a myriad of services including children’s residential care, family care for single mothers and their children, homes for developmentally disabled adults, weekday education, and a resource-based program for aging adults.
BCH and its highly-trained staff serve all 100 counties with locations in 21 North Carolina communities plus an orphanage in Guatemala.
“For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.” // Luke 19:10
In 2016, 147 decision were made for Christ! Your prayers and support through the ANNUAL OFFERING changes children’s lives! Because of your participation in the offering, boys and girls lost in a world of abuse, neglect and dysfunction are resscued and given a compassionate refuge at Baptist Children’s Homes of North Carolina.
Most of all, North Carolina children are introduced to the life-changing love of Jesus. 80% of Baptist Children’s Homes’ residents come to us unchurched and unreached for Christ.
Your gift brings hope to children and families.
